1. Overview of Services

XL Exhibit Production LLC provides custom trade show exhibit design and fabrication, turnkey 9:16 live-selling broadcast studio sets, and Approved US TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) coaching and operational support with 0% GMV commission.

2. Support Credits & 90-Minute Coaching Sessions

Each Support Credit is valued at $1,000 USD and is redeemable in the Account Portal for one (1) 90-minute 1-on-1 remote coaching session (1 Credit) or toward full-day onsite studio and booth calibration (4 Credits). If a scheduled session is cancelled prior to completion, the redeemed credit(s) are automatically refunded back to your portal wallet balance.

3. US TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) OAuth Connection & Data Protection

Sellers may optionally authorize the Official XL Exhibit Production Website custom app (Service ID: 7702342809785403149) via TikTok Shop OAuth 2.0 to synchronize non-PII shop profile and Shop Health diagnostics (seller.shop.info, data.shop_analytics.public.read, and seller.global_product.info). You retain 100% ownership of your TikTok Seller Center account and may revoke authorization at any time from your Account Portal or TikTok Seller Center, upon which all associated OAuth tokens and cached shop metadata are immediately deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy & Information Security Program.

4. Custom Exhibit & Studio Fabrication Quotes

Custom trade show booths (10×10 to 50×50+ islands) and custom 9:16 studio builds are governed by written production proposals, 3D CAD sign-off, and milestone fabrication schedules issued from our Southern California production facility.
